This post represents a collection of fly fishing outings in the Spring and Summer of 2011 – from opening weekend (4th saturday in April) through to the close of the majority of the waterways (September 30). The rivers varied, as did our results.  You can see that the FAC Yeah team were relatively successful over the fly fishing season and had a great time catching all the types of fish that each of the rivers had to offer – including rainbows, browns and brook trout.  We didn’t get out as often as we would have liked in 2011 (compared to previous years), but the results do not necessarily reflect that ;-).
Location:Â Ontario
Target:Â brook, rainbow, and brown TROUT
Temperature/Conditions:Â Variable temps, wind speeds, precipitation, and other weather conditions
Results: Since this album is a collection of outings, it was pretty good overall! See below…

The 2011 fly fishing year was another great one! Â We explored a lot of water (including a lot of new watersheds) and caught a lot of fish as well. Â Walter, especially had a great year landing multiple brown trout! Â We hope to get out more in 2012, as the time spent on the water is always time well spent – regardless of whether or not we catch a lot of fish. Â Here’s to a productive 2012 fly fishing season! Â FAC Yeah!
